I learned authentic Mediterranean cooking from my grandmother Maria. The most important ingredient: really good olive oil – and I bring that with me to Germany from our home village in the Peloponnese: Kallithea.

In 1951, our great-grandmother Eleni planted the first 400 trees. Since then, quality has been our top priority – small harvests, meticulous care. What has proven successful over four generations, we are now passing on.

Koroneiki olives are considered the best in Greece – and we exclusively use this one variety from our grove.

The result: A mild, fruity oil with an exceptionally high polyphenol content. Good for your taste and your health!

True craftsmanship

Gently harvested & immediately pressed

Using rakes and electric combs, we gently harvest the olives from the tree – this way they remain undamaged. Then it's quick: within a few hours, we press them at below 27°C. This preserves all the nutrients and aromas.
